Brian James Rude
Brian James Rude is a seasoned attorney and the managing member of Bosco & Rude Law Firm, PLLC, located in West Bloomfield, Michigan. Established in 2013, the firm specializes in estate planning, probate, and real estate law, serving clients throughout southeastern Michigan.
Brian earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from Albion College, graduating Magna Cum Laude as a member of the Carl A. Gerstacker Institute for Business and Management. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating Cum Laude and ranking in the top 12% of his class. During law school, he served as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Practical and Clinical Law.
Admitted to the Michigan Bar in 2013, Brian has over a decade of legal experience, focusing on estate planning, probate, and real estate law. At Bosco & Rude Law Firm, he customizes estate plans to minimize probate and maximize efficiency, handling both complex trusts and simple wills. His real estate practice encompasses landlord-tenant issues, quiet title actions, and for-sale-by-owner transactions. The firm is committed to providing personalized legal services with high levels of direct attorney-client communication.
Outside of his legal practice, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, and visiting the family cabin in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
